DPD7970-Winnie Winter Celebration
- Print off the digital image twice and colour the one image, and colour elements of the second image which you can add to the coloured image with 3d pads.
- Fussy cut the image and the extra elements – I added the snowflake on her hat and the bobble to add dimension. The ballons were paper pieced with some patterned paper from Winnie Sunshine Delights Papers.
