So enjoyed doing this! It is a SnipArt Jolly Roger lightboard piece which you need to assemble before decoratiing.
I then covered the inside with Journaling Pad-Vintage Ledgers and layered with the flowers, charms, SnipArt designs. I added some Steampunk Mousse and seed and bugle beads and used up some rub-ons which I had had for eons.
Bits of inking and colouring to the inside and out and voila!
